Vibrational Energy Medicine is gentle, profoundly relaxing and non-invasive. It is very complementary to most traditional treatment programs and facilitates an environment for you to discover your own unique healing abilities.

Nicola positively combines the use of energy work, which includes Reiki, with herbal and floral essential oils to give you a simple, yet deeply effective and relaxing opportunity to tap into your body¹s own healing potential, for optimum health, vitality and joy. She has successfully used the combination of these modalities in clinical settings as well as private practice.

Releasing underlying emotional stresses supports the body¹s ability to heal, and working in a safe and quiet environment allows you to guide the energy to where it is needed.

Feelings we may have buried, that could be underlying health issues, may be gently released. Over time, physical aches and pains may reduce, a healing may occur.

Working with key energy centers along the body may bring a calming of the central nervous system and profound relaxation. This gives you the oppotunity to connect to your inner awareness and healing potential.

By looking at the body as a whole, and providing an expansion of energy to the body¹s many complex layers, we can support its ability to recharge vital energies. Vibrational Energy work may bring many unique and positive changes to your well-being, sometimes beyond your expectations.

Vibrational Energy Medicine ­ 75 minutes
Includes a consultation, vibrational energy work where you lie on a comfortable massage table, fully clothed, soothing music playing for about 50 minutes whilst Nicola works to gently bring balance to your energy field and body¹s key energy centers. At the end of the session you are free to share your experiences from the healing work, and Nicola will also share appropriate findings from the work giving positive guidance to support your healing. Discussion is encouraged to further enhance your healing. Based on her findings, she will then create a custom formulation of essential oils,
chosen for their therapeutic components, blended to meet your emotional and physical requirements.

At least 3 sessions are recommended so that you can fully utilize and feel the energy supporting your healing, as you experience a transformation in your awareness and well-being. No claims are made to diagnose or heal, and in cases of serious disease or health issues, you are recommended to contact your Health Practitioner.

Reiki Sessions ­ 60 mins
Experience the profoundly relaxing qualities of Reiki energy to calm and destress. You lie on a comfortable massage table, fully clothed with soothing music playing. During this session, gentle touch techniques on key energy points are used along with energy work undertaken in the body¹s biofield.

Reconnective Healing Sessions ­ 45 mins
An exciting new energy modality, allowing the body to accelerate its healing potential. No music or essential oils are utilized, giving you your own unique experience of a powerful method of energy work. Normally 3 sessions are recommended before you undertake The Reconnection.
