A lovely way to spend a weekend with divine scents for your health and well-being and tap into a rich knowledge of essential oils from a professional Aromatherapist.

Nicola Salter is a Clinical Aromatherapist and has been working with essential oils for the last 15 years using them in her own practice and formulating her own products.

During the classes she covers the clinical, traditional Chinese medicine and energetic properties of essential oils and delivers this extensive subject in a simple, enjoyable and practical way, so that you can safely and knowledgeably use essential oils for yourself and others at the end of the weekend.

By the end of the full class you will be able to assess which oils to use from a choice of 6, for differing health and emotional issues, then get to blend your own products to take home and use.

CE Provider: 614 for 15 hours Approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, CE Provider 14879 for 15 hours. Days can be taken separately.

Day 1

• The aromatherapy apothecary
• The production and science of essential oils
• How and why essential oils work with supporting research.

Methods of using essential oils at home, with Acupuncture, and in clinical settings. Product demonstrations included.

• Profile of 6 key essential oils including; Lavender, Tea Tree, Rosemary, Geranium Rose, Grapefruit, Eucalyptus and more if there is time!
• When not to use essential oils

Day 2

• € What to look for when purchasing oils and how to store them
  € How to assess which essential oils to use and when
  € How to create essential oil blends including information on carrier oils
  € Discover your personal fragrance – Nicola – will choose essential oils suitable for your health and well-being.
  € Creating a blend – the rest of the day is spent on practicing how to choose essential oils for members of the group, group discussion, and then creating two blends
